第三節 研究反思

從新聞工作者的角色而言，若能取得親密暴力事件的官方說詞，可以減少媒體 對於事件的臆測與想像空間，有助於傳遞正確的資訊；從社會工作者的角度，除遇 法律明文規定須通報之狀況，否則社工應謹奉保密原則的專業倫理，如果有保密例 外的情形，可能會造成案主與個案關係的破裂，對案主人身安全也可能造成威脅，
對案主與其家屬也可能須要面對被標籤化的壓力，更可能使得民眾對求助單外卻步
（張語晴等人，2018）。對於第一線社工而言，最害怕的就是媒體挾帶的究責文化，
當案主受暴而亡，主責社工就會被視為須付起部分責任；當社工必須「被迫」向社 會大眾交待服務過程，以避免被究責時，那麼社工的專業倫理就在外界壓力下蕩然 無存（李姿佳，2017）。
根據上述討論，筆者建議，新聞工作者在採訪時，勿將問題打轉在個案隱私上，
而應該將案件「一般化」、「大眾化」，把握採訪機會，藉由社會工作者的專業說 法，詢問親密暴力的行為模式、求助管道，甚至製作評估量表，以供大眾檢視自我 情形等，使得報導更具社會教育意義。
而社會工作者／社會工作機關在面對媒體的詢問時，也可以採用「一般化」原 則，不正面回應新聞記者對於個案情形的追問，用「大多數」、「常見」的情形回 答，在新聞工作者與社會工作者的協力下，阻止更多性別暴力發生。
第三節 研究反思
本文研究限制之ㄧ，礙於時間所限，筆者未能將報導所呈現外界的口頭評論
（例如：情感專家、精神科醫師、諮商師）與所提供的因應指南，納入論述分析中，
以致於缺乏更細緻的、更具有佐證性的親密暴力與社會脈絡的實踐圖像。
本文研究限制之二，筆者對於文本的分析運用，以及內部文本之間對話不足，
尤其是針對非婚姻伴侶殺人案，雖然文本數量比起婚姻伴侶更多，但由於內容更為

細瑣、難以分類，因此筆者未能窮盡內容的類別，只能揀選其中較為明顯且具有相 似邏輯性的新聞內容作為分析，排擠了其他論述的可能性。
針對後續研究，筆者建議，未來從事親密伴侶殺人批判論述分析的研究者，可 以先使用內容分析，或者採用語料庫分析，更有系統的掌握文本特色後，再從論述 分析的角度，檢視這些論述是「如何」被塑造，以及「為何」被塑造，以提供對於 親密伴侶殺人報導更全面性的理解。
此外，筆者撰寫此文的起心動念，源於想要了解新聞如何建構、如何在報導中
「無中生有」情的元素，意即，針對不是親密伴侶殺人案、卻被稱為「情殺案」的 新聞進行研究，可惜筆者最後未能處理這塊議題，若往後能有專注於「情殺案」錯 稱的研究，相信能使性別平等教育、情感教育具有夠完整的圖像。
