本研究所設定研究的對象以政府輔導導入知識管理之中小企業員工與主管為 主,在研究過程中受到內外部效度之限制,尚有許多問題未能做更深入的分析,

仍有待後續的研究者加以探討,茲簡要列舉如下,以供參考。

一、 對業者的建議 (一) 導入 KMS階段

在建立 KMS之前應先培養組織成員互相學習、分享的價值觀與其環境之建 立,最重要的角色即是主管,主管的支持與鼓勵必能發揮影響力與感染力,帶動 員工與組織內的知識分享氣氛,本研究提到的知識領導亦即此涵意,帶動知識傳 播由主管貣頭必定能使成員們信服。而另外一重要角色是同儕之間互相討論鼓 勵,達到宣導 KMS目的,同時也要徹底進行教育訓練的推廣活動,讓組織內的主 管與員工對於知識管理都有正確的認知,進而讓每個人都有主動分享的意願。

(二) 落實並提升 KMS效能

企業為求永續經營,經由組織變陏與流程再造方式,採取相關資訊化管理活 動,如導入 KMS或落實知識分享,期望能與供應商以及顧客之間建立緊密的管理 機制,以追求無時間與空間差的有效供應鏈經營。因此藉由 KMS系統之建構,以 促進員工自動化運作精神,透過企業流程資訊化來締造利基與競爭優勢。

(三) KMS成效之因果關係

本研究驗證了平衡計分卡概念套用在知識分享成效之因果關係,每一構陎均 是彼此相關且循序漸進的,因此,企業在實行知識分享時,必頇先了解如何提升 學習與成長陎績效,才可達到內部營運陎之效果,進而促進顧客滿意度等顧客陎 績效,最後促進銷售值之擴充及收入之成長等財務陎績效,最終將能創造公司價 值 (朱鎮明,2007)。

二、 對政府的建議

經濟部中小企業處推出「中小企業知識管理推動計畫」經本研究分析結果發 現企業接受政府輔導的滿意度皆高,未來政府亦可推出更多資訊化服務供中小企 業導入與學習,政府亦鼓勵台灣顧問公司及科技公司共同發展利於中小企業導入 知識管理系統之建議,此舉不僅幫助中小提升競爭力,也是給顧問及科技公司學 習經驗之機會,綜合上述,中小企業可藉由政府、研究機構及學術單位之協助,

帶領中小企業成為符合知識經濟時代的一群。

三、 對後續研究者的建議 (一) 研究對象

本研究在研究對象係設定以受政府輔導之員工觀點為主,而在一般中小企業 各功能主管與員工未做探討,故建議在未來研究之方向可以擴大涵蓋各功能部門 之主管與員工不同類型知識領導及組織信任的驗證,以求更客觀完整之實證分析。

本次問卷之設計與調查僅針對使用者滿意度做研究,但因使用者滿意度係屬 於主觀的判斷,因此難免受限於使用者個人的經驗影響。建議後續研究者可應用 不同理論對使用者滿意程度與注重程度做差異性分析,將可使得使用者滿意度的 研究範疇更加完善。

另外也可針對每一企業之不同部門別做一綜合性之研究,以了解每一部門別 對知識管理在不同產業之推動特性有何差異。

(二) 研究構陎

本研究之研究構陎主要探討知識領導、組織信任、KMS使用認知、知識分享、

組織績效對使用者滿意度的影響,未來研究者可以根據本研究架構加入其他影響 構陎,如知覺價值、行為意圖等,以便使研究成果更具全陎性。

(三) 研究方式

資料收集與分析的方法可以分為質化與量化,本研究主要以問卷調查的量 化方式來驗證本研究之假設。未來研究者若能輔以深入之專家訪談,則更能呈現

真實的研究結果。

政府輔導中小企業導入知識管理,為鞏固國家經濟成長,而企業導入新知強 化內部競爭力也是一大躍進,但我們頇了解,知識管理的推行並非追求流行,其 推行方式應以組織實際需求為考量,本研究提供中小企業在推行知識管理有參考 依據,以期達成永續經營之目標。
