第四節 研究結論
綜上所述,本研究以TRA 及 TPB 理論為基礎,並將其與訊息策略與說服 效果相結合,以推廣素食健康飲食為例,討論了健康傳播常用的訊息策略中敘 事型訊息和數據型訊息對健康行為說服效果的影響,以及健康宿命論信念在此 過程中的調節作用。整體來說,研究結果很好地驗證了與議題相關的敘事型訊 息的說服效果要顯著地高於與議題無關的訊息,較為遺憾的地方是沒有驗證敘 事型訊息和數據型訊息哪種訊息表現形式更好。除此之外,本研究結果顯示健 康宿命論信念對於素食健康飲食行為未有調節作用,研究者認為可能有其他因 素對該行為有更大的影響,還有待進一步釐清。
