第三節 研究限制及對未來研究建議

由於本研究是採用問卷調查和田野調查進行資料蒐集分析,產生了某些資料 蒐集來源的限制。以下列出本論文之研究限制,並提出研究建議,作為未來研究

可發展的方向:

(1) 本研究是以中國金屬包裝產業為例,中國對於民間產業研究方面較不盛行,

使得在蒐集資料樣本方面產生很多困難和阻礙,蒐集的樣本較少。建議後續 研究者可採用台灣產業鏈當作研究對象,以便收集較大樣本,以擴大論點的 真實性。

(2) 本研究採用物流資訊分享、知識分享,知識創造來衡量全球價值鏈框架下的 交易複雜度、交易符碼化程度,供應商能力三項因子變數。然而這些衡量變 數並不全然能解釋全球價值鏈框架下的三項因子。建議後續學者研究可增加 其它因子加以解釋權力不對稱關係。

(3) 由於本研究目的只單純探討三項因子對權力不對稱程度是否有相關影響,因 此不探討因子間交互作用的影響,後續研究可進一步探討不同因子在交互作 用下,是否對權力不對稱程度產生相關的影響。

(4) 本研究利用社會網絡分析指標加以解釋廠商之間的關係,由於研究目的旨在 探討廠商權力不對稱關係,研究只採用程度中心性指標、結構洞分析相關指 標和網絡密度指標。社會網絡分析指標眾多,解釋的意義也有所不同,建議 後續研究者可利用其它指標解釋產業其它特性。

(5) 本研究論點是以權力不分大小廠商,在樣本蒐集方面並沒有去探討廠商的資 本大小。建議後續研究者,蒐集廠商成立時間、資本、人數多寡等等,加以 論證廠商在有效位置,或者是分享和獲取較大的廠商,是否為較大的廠商。
