第四節 研究限制

本研究之基於時間、資料來源、研究人員本身等限制,尚有在研究執行之實 際影響,使研究有所缺失無法精確,而產生研究限如下:

1. 本研究利用個案研究法,可能涉及訪談對象公司的商業機密,以及現階段無 法對外公開的計畫;故與訪談者確認後,在如何與品牌商共創價值提升的部 分,以一件該公司與品牌合作商的合作專案,作為主要對象的進行深入流程 探討,並視情況從中補充其他合作案之內容,因此可能會受限於個案企業和 專案的特殊性,而影響研推論。

2. 本研究個案大部分資訊由訪談所得,可能受限於受訪者之所處部門、參與專 案、個人背景,而受限於其主觀認知和透漏資訊的詳細程度,雖然訪談內容 有盡力於次級比對驗證,並與受訪者確認補充,但仍可能有不夠周延之處。

3. 本研究個案資訊和文獻部分,盡可能使用務實的客觀資料作為論述,但在分 析時不免受研究者的主觀意識而有所影響。
