第五章 結論與建議

第三節 研究限制

本研究歸納有下列研究限制,供後續研究者參考:

一、本研究問卷發放採用便利抽樣,基於方便、時間考量,部分問卷乃委託餐廳 主管或主廚發送給廚師填寫,難以做到客觀的雖機抽樣,故本研究之結果不 一定能夠外推制其他研究。

二、本研究之主廚領導風格由廚師進行評估,即使已將每份問卷裝入亯封,並強 調該資料經填答後主管不會看到且僅為學術研究用途,仍有部分廚師在此部 分不願意填答,是造成回收率降低之主要原因。
