第五章 結論與建議

第三節 研究限制

一、研究對象

因為研究對象僅針對台北市外勤警察為主,整體回收樣本數較少,

也可能因此而使研究結果有多項統計考驗未達顯著性,樣本所呈現的結 果未必能代表全數母群。此外時間的限制性也使研究對象未能擴及更多 縣市,及不同工作性質的警察,如交通警察、內勤警察、刑事警察等,

本研究所代表的結果僅為某類工作性質的外勤警察。

二、研究方法與工具

在研究工具的選取上,與研究變項相關的問卷,其實仍有許多值得 參考的工具,在本次研究尚未納入採用,因此測量的概念或許會對警察 有導向作用,只能測量出某些概念。而研究方法上,未能擴大樣本範圍,

而無法採用隨機的方式進行抽樣,亦為本研究限制之一。

三、研究變項

在研究中必頇以某些變項為核心進行驗證性研究,因此研究未能較 周全的考量到所有可能的影響變項,「父職參與」的影響因素可能有很 多,但本研究僅探討工作壓力、角色衝突與父職參與的關係,即為研究 限制部份
