5.3. 研究限制與建議

據提案內容的產品功能提出更細部的需求,需求確定後,整個專案才會開始被 製造商執行(Kickoff),由於顧客是在開案後才進入參與設計,而且大多數功能 均受限於製造商與供應商當初所開的規格範圍內,故整體來說顧客對於製造商 創新能力方面會比較來的弱。故企業管理者應在具備有效的供應鏈整合能力的 前提下來發展創新能力,如此對於供應鏈績效才會有明顯的助益。最後在本研 究結果中,創新能力對供應商整合與供應鏈績效有中介效果,創新能力對顧客 端整合與供應鏈績效有中介效果,意即在當今動態競爭的環境當中,創新能力 是組織是否能持續領先的重要因素。本研究建議管理者必須持續思考如何保有 創新能力,藉由內部誇部門整合協調,以及供應商參與製造商新產品設計與品 質的建議,並從中激發製造商對於產品創新、流程創新、製造技術創新的想 法,組織才能夠產生創新能力達到較佳的供應鏈績效,並維持競爭優勢。綜合 以上,本研究希望能夠給予同樣是追求國際化、佈局深厚的台灣製造商管理著 對於供應鏈整合策略的參考依據。
5.3.研究限制與建議
本研究在問卷設計到最後分析上,仍舊無法突破一些研究限制,故本研 究再探討研究限制以及提供對後續研究的建議。研究限制部分,由於本研究主 要是以製造業為主,因此沒辦法完全適用於 其它行業如服務業等。不過因為製 造業的發展已經有很長的一段歷史,故本研究仍可以當作不同產業但有類似情 境產業的參考依據。由於使用 HPM 的資料庫,其訪問相關問卷已經事先整理 好,故在做研究時問項已經被限制在特定範圍內,建議未來可以再針對特定主 題或問項內容作更深入探討,如此相關資料會更趨於完備。研究建議部分,由 於本研究架構主要是以資源基礎觀點,強調企業因由內而外來形成競爭優勢,
故建議可以討論以動態能力(Teece et al., 1997)架構來討論之。另外除了創新能 力外,本研究建議可以再研究其它可能因為供應鏈整合策略所產生的相關獨特

能力。本研究架構亦在未來加入在環境不確定性、專案複雜度、買賣方依賴程 度等不同情境下,對於供應鏈相關績效的影響。最後對於供應鏈整合構面部 分,儘管本研究已分成多重構面討論,但是否有其它構面影響彼此之間關係,
例如可考慮加入供應鏈需求與供給風險(Supply Chain Risk,SCR)等。另一方面,
供應鏈整合策略各構面的內容仍有加強的空間,例如根據 Lee (2004)建議的 Triple-A 供應鏈,各構面可以再加強關於敏捷性(agile)、適應性(adaptive)、任務 一致性(alignment)的問項,並探討彼此構面之間可能的關係。故以上研究與限 制建議獻給未來研究相關議題學者參考。
