第二節 研究限制與建議

一、 研究限制

(一) 受限資料取得之困難:

本研究是以季資料進行實證分析,因澳門統計暨普查局公佈之數據有限,某 些數據某幾季為保密資料,如選取這些變數進行分析,因不是連續變數,恐影響 實證分析之準確性。

(二) 澳門之獨特性:

澳門土地總面積只有 33 平方公里(其總面積小於臺北市文山區),因此,可能 進行實證分析時,容易將影響程度放大,後續研究運用其他模型將其剔除,使實 證結果更加準確。

二、 後續研究建議

(一) 以租金作為切入點,探討在博彩業影響下,澳門租金與住宅價格之影響 澳門每年觀光客數量超過 3000 萬人次,反映澳門旅遊業亦十分發達,人潮 亦會帶來錢潮,因此,在觀光景點及賭場附近之租金快速高漲,故未來研究可以 此為切入點,探討租金與房價之關聯性。

(二) 博彩業所帶來之社會成本

博彩業蓬勃發展,卻為澳門帶來不少的社會問題,如犯罪率上升、洗黑錢、

病態賭徒數目增加及有問題賭徒對自身及家庭所造成之創傷等,惟上述社會成本 較難以量化計算,後續研究可選其他模型進行實證分析。
