第五章 結論與建議

第三節 研究限制與建議

本研究在架構發展與研究設計都力求嚴謹,但仍存在若干研究的限制,這些限制 及待改進之處如下:

一、 本研究以智慧型手機為科技產品,智慧型手機兼具享樂及實用價值。研究結果支 持知覺樂趣性對態度有顯著的正向影響,但對行為意圖未有顯著效果。建議未來 研究可檢驗知覺樂趣性對其他創新科技產品的態度和行為意圖的影響,使本研究 假設能獲得一般化的結論。

二、 本研究在科技接受模型的基礎上,考慮知覺樂趣性與個人創新對態度與行為意圖 的影響,實證結果也驗證了個人創新對知覺有用性及知覺易用性,以及知覺樂趣 性對態度的重要影響。但是除了個人創新以及知覺樂趣性之外,科技產品的功能、

外觀及價格因素也是影響消費者採用的重要因素。進一步探究這些變數間關係將 是未來研究可能的方向。

三、 個人創新或知覺樂趣性可能與科技接受模型中的因子互相作用進而影響態度或 行為意圖。例如Lee et al.(2007)、Chen & Chen (2011)以及 Fang et al. (2009)曾討 論過個人創新對態度或行為意圖的調節效果,而本研究未未探討調節作用。另外,

本研究架構裏有若干中介關係,例如態度是知覺樂趣性和行為意圖的中介變數,

知覺易用性是個人創新和知覺樂趣性的中介變數,然而本研究亦未對此部分多說 明,因此建議後續研究可進一步深入的探討中介效果所代表的意義,亦或可能存 在的調節變數對態度或行為意圖之影響。

四、 本研究以橫斷面資料檢驗變數間的關係,因果關係較不明確。建議未來研究可從 跨時方式探討個人創新或知覺樂趣性對態度或行為意圖的長期和短期影響,例如 個人創新或知覺樂趣性對態度或行為意圖的效果是否隨著產品使用時間而消蝕 或強化,對於瞭解個人創新或知覺樂趣性對消費行為的影響會有進一步的幫助。
