第二節 研究限制與建議
本研究在非家族企業的實證結果方面,就最終控制者席次及外部董事席次兩 方面,在統計結果上多未有顯著性,較無法明確給予董事席次分配之建議,其原 因應與董事會中非家族企業之股權結構較為分散有關,本研究以接近權力核心之 程度作為董事會組成之分類,對非家族企業而言似乎較無顯著結論。建議接續研 究者,可自股權結構之角度切入,探討股權與董事監督能力之間的關聯性,以更 能給予非家族企業董事會席次安排之建議。
此外,實質盈餘管理的衡量指標相當多,本研究以 Roychowdhury(2006)之衡 量方式作為實質盈餘管理之指標,只針對異常營業活動現金流量(Abn_CFO)、異 常生產成本(Abn_PROD)及異常裁決性費用(Abn_DISX)三者進行探討,建議後續 研究者能加入其他實質盈餘管理方式(如出售固定資產、買回庫藏股等)進行研究,
以捕捉企業進行實質盈餘管理之全貌。
另外,本研究之研究資料以各年度期末財務報表之資訊為主,並未考量企業 在季中進行實質盈餘管理之情形,建議後續研究者能以各季報表進行樣本分析,
以捕捉產業進行實質盈餘管理時機之全貌。
