第五章 研究結論與建議

第三節 研究限制與未來研究建議

本研究由於時間及地點之限制,對於研究之中仍有無法達到盡善盡美之處,

以下提出本研究之研究限制,其分述如下:

一、抽樣地區之限制:

本研究主要是以高雄地區進行問卷調查,進行了解在就業服務站求職者在

「工作壓力」、「工作滿意」、「組織承諾」相互關係,然而在樣本的取得上多 是集中於原高雄市轄區五個就業服站之求職者,因此可能在樣本比例分配及區域 之探討上尚有不足之處,且研究結果也不合宜直接推論及其它區域。

二、缺乏訪談資料佐證:

本研究主要以量化問卷做為研究之方法,然而受訪者確切之想法及深入之理 由,應藉由深度訪談來了解其原因,研究中是以求職者為主要對象,若能夠進行 深度訪談,將有助於了解「工作壓力」、「工作滿意」、「組織承諾」的看法,

同時也可以針對媒合企業或是政府承辨人員進行深度訪談,了解企業或是政府對 於「工作壓力」、「工作滿意」、「組織承諾」與求職者可能產生的落差,並提 供更實務詳細之建議。

三、問卷內容的遺漏:

進行問卷調查時因為時間、地點或是個人因素,可能對於填寫內容產生忽 略、敷衍之現象,而產生填寫結果均填寫固定之選項(如:全部填寫無意見),資 料處理過程中對於過度偏頗或是過多空白的部分已經做為無效問卷剔除,然而並 無法在問卷填寫的過程中完全了解填答者之心態,有效問卷中可能仍存在部分過 度偏頗或是刻意閃避問題之現象,這也是研究中可能產生之限制。

四、未來建議研究議題:

未來從事本研究相關議題的研究者,亦可針對就服站的核心工作內容對就服 員進行問卷研究,是否目前辦理失業者之失業給付業務佔據過多時間,以致影響 就服站就業媒合的成效。
