四、 研究限制與未來研究建議
本研究目的在於比較製造業組織間不同技術合作類型進行合作方式與學習 表現,然實證上受限於訪談樣本難以取得,僅以十六個案例相較,在研究工具方 面受到限制。且訪談案例中兼含如交通運輸工具之傳統製造業,及光學器材、半 導體產業之高科技製造業,但傳統製造業與高科技製造業的產線移轉方式、內容 是否有別,本研究並未加以分析。
且受訪人員所舉合作案例,乃受個人參與計畫而定,有的案例述及整個工廠 的產線移轉,有的案例僅述及單項產品的產線移轉。技術合作類型亦然,有的案 例述及單一產品的合作開發,有的案例述及同一客戶多項產品合作開發經驗。將 所有訪談案例並呈,個別計畫所需投注人力與面臨的挑戰,比較基準已高低有別。
未來研究建議
本研究僅針對單一合作關係雙方組織之間的交流活動進行分析,但組織並非 僅與單一組織發生合作關係,產業供應鏈中舉凡上游設備商、供應商、競爭同業、
下游客戶皆與組織有合作關係的連結,且供應商自身也有其供應商支援體系;本 研究雖提及受訪案例衍生的合作關係,但並未深入分析其產生影響與意義,後續 研究可針對組織於產業體系中衍生的合作網絡再進行探討。
本研究僅以製造業為研究範圍,但組織間的技術合作關係絕非製造業獨有,
後續研究可拓及其他產業,例如較多新創技術發展的高科技產業,其中晶片設 計、軟體開發、設備技術發展皆是本研究未及探索的範圍。
