第六章 研究結論

第三節 研究限制與未來研究

須建立在與顧客的動態學習程序的基礎之上;(7)企業服務供應鏈的內外部伙伴 關係必須優於其競爭對手。除此之外,本研究建立了:(1)服務優勢邏輯與企業 競爭優勢及永續經營之間的程序與關係,這樣的程序可以提供給製造業欲轉型 為服務導向之企業作為策略制定參考之策略地圖;(2)文獻之間的關係脈絡,此 關係脈絡可供未來相關議題學術研究之文獻關係索驥及了解各概念之間的關 係。

實證與了解。本研究的結果也僅屬於個人研究的成果,爾後對於製造業服務化 的相關議題希冀有興趣的研究者可以參與相關的研究並提出更佳的研究成果,

例如,製造業服務化的程序、服務創新與製造業服務化創新商業模式及資訊科 技對於製作服務的重要性等議題。
