第五章、 結論與建議

第三節 研究限制與未來研究建議

由於本研究屬於橫斷面研究,故建議未來能以縱斷面研究進行探討。原因在於社 會認知理論認為個人的社會學習是一個連續、長期的學習過程,因此個體對於自我的 約束力會經由反覆修正而發展成更為成熟的自我約束力。因此觀察縱斷面的研究可以 對於個人自我約束力的觀察更為詳盡。

此外,本研究根據Ensley (1995) 的三種情境察覺來發展問項,其中在情境確認 是結合道德兩難問項進行問項發展,故有兩題題項。在情境預防察覺與情境預測察覺 是根據定義自行發展問項,故僅以單一題項進行衡量。過去在決策制定流程的相關研 究中,皆指出察覺是啟動決策制定的第一步驟 (Ferrell & Gresham, 1985; Hunt & Vitell, 1986; Singhapakdi et al., 1996)。然而察覺問項必須根據不同研究的情境加以設計,因 此建議未來後續研究可以依照研究需求來增加或修改此部份的問項來進行決策制定 流程等相關研究。

而在情境盜版預防部份,本研究以事前預防降低犯罪機會的情境預防觀點來發展 本研究的情境預防劇本,以及將情境預防技術轉化為當代預防盜版的社會約束力。研 究結果顯示在情境劇本部份,個體的三種察覺對於情境劇本所設計的盜版兩難與情境 預防、情境預測察覺皆有達到作用。而在社會約束力部份,也會發揮提昇個體察覺,

以及降低盜版判斷、意圖的抑止作用。因此建議未來研究可以使用情境預防觀點的五 種情境預防策略來設計其情境劇本,或是直接使用情境預防技術來作為當代的盜版預 防技術。像是在 (1) 盜版困難度的部份,研究結果可以發現盜版困難度顯著抑止盜 版意圖,顯示數位內容透過技術保護確實能減少個體傾向從事盜版的意圖。以及 (2) 查緝風險顯著抑止盜版意圖,顯示當查緝很可能且很快會被抓到確實能減少個體傾向 從事盜版的意圖。(3) 降低盜版誘惑顯著負向影響個體盜版意圖,顯示透過著作權的 推廣或讓個體知曉盜版可能遭受懲處時,確實能減少個體傾向從事盜版的意圖。建議 後續研究可以進一步研究上述三者社會約束力所發揮的降低盜版意圖所發揮的盜版 預防角色。
