第七章 結論與建議

第三節 管理意涵

藉由此次研究,可知新創公司在建立之時,應當特別重視社會資本的培養與 運用。在本研究當中,社會資本與合法性的建立息息相關,而合法性的取得又與 資源取得息息相關,並且唯有強關係的社會資本,能夠幫助企業在危急時期得到 紓困與援助,因此創業家建立社交人脈之時,需要避免交遊廣闊但皆是泛泛之交 的情況,而需要建立真誠的互信關係。藉由本研究的訪談,創業家所提供建立人 脈的方法不外乎長期的互惠互利、坦誠以及不自私等等,並且經常強調社交網絡 的建立不可太過功利,因為創業所遇到的難題有千百種,能夠幫助創業家的人往 往也是出乎意料,因此平時待人處事應當和善且平等。保持正確的心態以及積極 的態度,貴人處處都在,此雖然皆為老生常談的道理,但在幾次訪談中都一再的 被驗證。

一般的新創公司可以運用社會資本來提升其合法性,若公司亟需建立內部的 專業知識或是智慧資本時,與其他組織合作與交流更是甚為重要。現在業界所風 行的「開放式創新」,概念雖未盡相同,但也有異曲同工之妙,概因組織內部知 識與外部知識互相交流融合,能夠幫助公司縮短創新流程,更快速的建立智慧資 本。

除了智慧資本之外,本研究也在人力資源和客戶訂單方面有了新的發現。企 業人力資源的應用上,應當彈性地考慮公司發展的階段與人才的類別,在公司創 立初期以及核心人才上適度採用人脈介紹,其他情況則以公開市場招募為主。客 戶訂單的轉介,也並非適用所有情況,創業者對於客戶間的競爭程度須有所掌握,

對於競爭程度低的客戶,訂單互相轉介是很好的客戶拓展方式。
