《德國 09》為導演對於德國延伸的想像，它是「被再現的地景」文本。以《德 國 09》為分析文本，其實就是「閱讀 14 位導演書寫『地景』的再現」，德國就是 他們直接閱讀的地景，電影《德國 09》就是被書寫的地景、實為地景的再現。因 此觀看《德國 09》就是間接閱讀德國地景。地景作為一種觀看方式同時也呈現了 這個世界，且地景皆具有自然與文化的性質的看法111，人們眼中所見的任何地景就 是文化地景。
這樣的德國文化地景，在電影《德國 09》中成了反映德國社會真實與導演觀 點的德國狀態。《德國 09》原先就是受到 30 年前德國新電影《德國之秋》的啟發，
電視的創作是希望觀眾能用心思考與真實社會的聯結，並且在其中找到自身的主 體性。
《德國 09》涉及的問題非常多元，每一個小故事都可以發生在任何一個德國 人身上，和觸發《德國 09》導演們的舊片《德國之秋》相比，後者的主題較單一，
顯示出在 1979 年《德國之秋》至今的這幾十年，這個國家發生了多麼劇烈的變動，
以致整部電影呈現的面貌如同萬花筒般地令人眼花撩亂，也能夠觀察不同時期導 演關注國內議題的差異與處理態度的不同。
《德國 09》含括了現今德國社會所面臨的難題：
(一) 身分認同與國家認同的迷惘不清 (二) 移民、種族與信仰的不和諧

(三) 貧富差距造成的階級隔閡問題 (四) 全球化與現代化帶來的疏離
各短片所呈現多樣貌的文化地景，豐富了觀眾對德國的認識與想像，卻也呈 現出各導演對德國現況的不確定感。不論是在單一或變動的文化地景中，主角本 人或與他人互動間都都呈現出一種疏離感和徬徨的焦慮感，筆者認為這是各導演 都欲凸顯出的主題。
德國多元的文化地景，都是社會經過時間的推移、藉由空間的形式而呈現出，
人們可以經由這些文化地景，去知覺、發掘與體驗那些促使文化地景得以產生的 行動力。受到文化地景的啟示而產生具有自覺性的行為，也進而能對文化地景的 意義詮釋造成影響。因此對任何人來說的任一文化地景在任一時間與空間，都不 會有絕對固定的意義，就像這部關於德國現況的電影一般，所呈現出的風景是如 此的多元、背後的議題與其歷史脈絡是如此的複雜交綜，僅能稍作分類。
在《德國09》電影中出現的問題，屆至2013年中的今日，依然有待人們的審 慎處理。就如同作為國家元首的現任總統Joachim Gauck在2012年耶誕夜發表的演 說中，就提到了未來還需努力的幾大方向：
期盼社會上能有更多抱持著積極正面態度的公民；希望 國人抱持開放的態度去接待受迫害者與移民；必須面對更 快速且難以掌控的生活方式；貧富差距的擴大與種族間 的衝突仍需要被改善；氣候變遷與人口老化也將是未來 必須面對的課題；對所有宗教信仰者或無神論者而言，
耶誕節都是讓人表達關愛與溫暖的節日112。
雖然 Joachim Gauck 並沒有提出明確的實行方式，但「我們需要一個團結的國 家」這句話，能為《德國 09》紛擾的喧囂歸結出一個精準的方針，這也或許是導 演們心中嚮往的目的—一個團結的國家。

《德國09》所呈現的問題涵括了宗教、信仰、種族、階級、貧富差距、失業 問題、女性議題、全球化、國家與個人認同、教育、城市等，本片議題的多元化 廣度帶給筆者許多豐富分析的方向，卻也同時因為每個議題都能專門發展為一個 研究的重點，使本論文在處理每個面向時無法各別兼顧，以致在每個主題的研究 結果之深度略嫌淺薄。而本研究主要的參考書目還是以英文與中文為主，礙於筆 者自身德文能力，尚有許多德文資料未能納入其中，實屬遺憾。
《德國09》的出版至今已達四年之久，但這13段短片所呈現的風貌和提出的 問題，對於今日的德國仍舊是持續被社會大眾關注的焦點，就如同《未完成交響 曲》一樣，人民本身、人民之間、人民與群眾和人民與政府之間的對話，是不會 停止，也不會有完結的一天。
