本研究依第四章各節研究分析情形，對照本研究之各項研究假設 與問題，得到下列重要結論：
一、整體而言，四大平面媒體報紙報導內容，並未明顯影響施打疫苗 人數，甚至於唯一顯著之「每日新聞編碼值」亦是受到「雙週疫 苗施打人數」之負相關影響，也就是當雙週施打人數愈多時，新 聞報導情形負面的會變為較多，並從本研究基礎資料之敘述性統 計結構可發現，當疫苗施打人數快數累積時，新聞報導則呈現負 面較多的情形，推論係因疫苗施打人數較多後，產生較多之個案 問題，形成負面新聞的增加。
二、分析四大平面媒體報紙報導內容可發現，媒體報導仍以中立屬性 之新聞報導居多，屬正、負面報導仍佔少數，顯見該防疫期間，
政府與相關機構，落實政策宣導及衛教，讓民眾接收之大量且正 確之媒體訊息，讓民眾能進行合理判斷，而非受少數極端立場屬 性之報導影響，使得疫苗施打人數能穩定達到預設目標。
三、從本研究之結果發現，我國政府推動相關防疫政策之宣導與各項 公關政策顯見成效，各配合機關亦落實動員機制，顯現政府相關 施政作為，如能整體性、系統性、結構性的推動，除能落實政策
預設目標外，更讓民眾對政府施政感到信心。因此本研究建議，
政府機關除建立相關媒體回應機制外，更重要的是應加強及重視 政策行銷、宣導及衛生教育的推動，強化民眾的衛生知識與衛生 政策的瞭解，讓民眾支持政府是最好的媒體監控機制。
第二節 未來建議
本研究建議未來可朝下列各議題方向進行深入研究：
一、建議可納入非平面媒體部分(包括電視節目、新聞、廣播等)，以 深入探究媒體影響防疫政策之程度。
二、建議可採民眾角度例如健康信念行為模式等理論，探究民眾施打 特殊防疫時期疫苗的行為模式，以強化疫苗施打成效。
三、建議可從以政府衛教政策及公關措施角度，進行包括政策包裝或 政策行銷研究，以提高除疫苗施打政策外，舉凡各政府機關推動 與民眾切身相關或需進行全面性推動之措施時，能提高民眾接受 度及判斷力，以降低受到非客觀媒體報導之影響。
