第六章 結論與建議
第三節 限 制
本研究在設計及執行上雖已盡力解決可能的產生的問題與偏 誤，但仍有下列二項研究限制：
一、本研究僅針對中部地區兩家醫學中心及一家區域醫院之美沙冬門 診藥癮治療者進行調查，故其結果無法外推至其他醫院。
二、雖本研究依變項為個案是否實際中斷治療情形，但由於個案的隱 私，本研究無法確切得知美沙冬個案中斷治療實際原因及做追 蹤，只能以發放問卷當天得知可能導致其中斷治療之因素，而回 答內容受到個案當下所處環境影響，為其當下所感受。
