2008年有营运的工业场所共1,045间，较2007年减少70间；在职员工有24,901人，减 幅为15.5%。全年的工业总产值及其他收益与增加值总额分别为143.1亿元（澳门元，下 同）及35.6亿元，同比下跌13.2%及10.6%。

场所及在职员工数目

本澳的工业仍以制造业为主，在2008年，制造业场所有1,039间（占总数99.4%），

在职员工共23,831名（占总数95.7%），较2007年分别减少6.4%及16.1%。此外，制造业 仍是以小规模场所为主，少于30名在职员工的场所占整体制造业的81.4%，而100人或以 上的仅占5.0%。另一方面，2008年电力、气体和水的生产及分配业场所增加1间，在职员 工共有1,053名。

工业产值及其他收益

受环球金融危机影响，外部需求疲弱令本地产品出口减少，2008年本澳制造业的工 业产值及其他收益较2007年下跌17.7%至114.0亿元；当中制衣（61.5亿元）与纺织（16.4 亿元）两大传统制造业分别下跌19.9%及14.4%。其他制造业中，皮革及造鞋业的产值及 其他收益急跌93.8%至942万元，而采矿业的亦下跌35.1%至1,143万元。另一方面，由于 本澳耗电量增加及引入天然气发电，令电力、气体和水的生产及分配业的工业产值及其 他收益上升10.7%至29.0亿元。

消耗总额

2008年工业的消耗总额为107.5亿元，较2007年减少14.0%；其中制衣业与纺织业分 别下跌17.9%及12.5%，而采矿业与电力、气体和水的生产及分配业则分别上升4.2%及 6.3%。

增加值总额

反映行业对经济贡献的增加值总额为35.6亿元，较2007年减少10.6%。其中制造业的 增加值总额为21.2亿元，较2007年下跌22.3%；制衣业（9.0亿元）与纺织业（2.3亿元）

的增加值总额分别下跌29.7%及24.6%，采矿业亦减少72.5%至248万元。另一方面，电 力、气体和水的生产及分配业的增加值总额则上升15.6%至14.3亿元，占整体工业的比重 超过四成。

固定资本形成总额

由于输配电网的全面更新，以及有新的燃气公司投入运作，促使电力、气体和水的 生产及分配业的固定资本形成总额较2007年显著上升325.4%至14.2亿元，带动2008年工 业的固定资本形成总额大幅上升125.0%，达14.7亿元。而制造业的固定资本形成总额则 显著下跌83.6%至5,253万元，其中制衣业与纺织业的跌幅更达149.3%及153.4%。

调查对象

调查对象为所有在本澳从事《澳门行业分类》第一修订版内C大类（采矿工业）、D 大类（制造业）及E大类（电力、气体和水的生产及分配）的场所。

工业调查以场所为统计单位。若同一企业有多于一个经营相同行业的场所，则该等 场所会被组合成一个统计单位。

资料收集

每一统计单位填写一份问卷，统计暨普查局先将问卷邮寄至各场所，问卷填妥后可 送/寄回，或交予到访的调查员。此外，场所亦可于统计暨普查局网页“受访者专区”

内下载问卷，以及上载完成填报的问卷。

抽样及推算

抽样框是根据统计暨普查局的经济单位档案，采用分层随机抽样方法进行选取样 本。但对于统计单位数目较少的分层、在职员工为100人或以上的场所，以及由多场所组 成的统计单位，会进行全查。

分层是按《澳门行业分类》第一修订版的“分类”（2位数编码），以及“在职员工 人数组别”进行，组别如下：

1 – 29人 30 – 49人 50 – 99人 100人或以上

对于部分规模较小的工业活动，会被归纳于“其他未列明的制造业”。

是项调查的样本共493个，完成的问卷为400份。调查结果是根据完成问卷的资料推 算出来。另93个场所因下列原因而被剔除：

场所：受单一法律实体所控制，在单一地点单独地或主要从事一项经济活动的经济 单位。

在职员工：场所内工作之所有人士，包括有薪酬员工及无薪酬员工；亦包括因疾 病、假期或其他原因而短期缺勤的人士；但不包括那些已缺勤，而缺勤 时间未能确定的人士。

工业产值：产品销售加上制成品及在制品的库存变化，为第三者提供之工业服务收 益（如：加工服务，提供维修、保养及安装服务，研究开发服务）和为 自用而生产的产出价值，以及来货原件转售之收益及其库存变化，再扣 除经第三者之货品运输费用及来货原件转售之成本。

工业产值及其他收益：工业产值与为第三者提供之非工业服务收益之和。

生产消耗：购入物料及水电与燃料费用，加上由第三者提供之工业服务费用，减去 物料及燃料之库存变化。

消耗总额：生产消耗加上由第三者提供之非工业服务费用。

工业增加值：工业产值扣除生产消耗后之数值。

增加值总额：工业产值及其他收益扣除消耗总额后之数值。

固定资本形成总额：固定资产（新、旧及场所自产自用）之购买减去固定资产之销 售的数值。固定资产包括楼宇、家具、机器及设备、交通工具 及其他可使用一年或以上之耐用品，亦包括对现存固定资产的 大型修复、改装及扩建工程。
