(2) 中文及英文摘要(各 200-300 字). Abstract Today the ESRA congresses rank among the leading pain scientific congresses worldwide. The meeting started in the morning on Wednesday, September 3th and end at night on Saturday, September 6th. The expert meeting of the ESRA congresses provided excellent opportunities for in depth discussions in a relaxed and familiar atmosphere. The type of sessions are refresher course lectures, symposia, debates, panel discussions, luncheon sessions, special workshops including cadaver workshops, and of course free paper and poster presentations. With these unique sessions and workshops, the scientific programs of ESRA 2014 enhanced my practical and theoretical knowledge in pain control as well as provide me with networking opportunities and events. Original communications were invited on any subject relevant to the understanding of pain control to attend and participate in this exciting event. This conference was an opportunity for the world community to share the latest research findings in the area of pain management. Updates on present evidence-based research were covered by world-renowned experts. Both the speeches and presentations in this conference are of relevance to anyone interested in the health and well-being. There was also ample time for discussion during the workshops. All posters were presented at special, formal Poster Discussion Sessions when no other scientific sessions took place. These sessions offer an excellent opportunity for direct scientific exchange. The Annual Meeting in Seville stood out as unforgettable in my memory. This congress is a very successful and interesting meeting. Up to 3000 participants from all over the world joined this ESRA congress. It acts as a catalyst to generate interest in this area of research and foster further international collaborations throughout the pain research community. I do enjoy the outstanding ESRA scientific program. I am glad to be part of this congress and gain access to an outstanding scientific program focusing on all the latest and hot topics in the field of Pain Therapy. 2.

(3) 摘要. 第 33 屆年度歐洲局部麻醉與疼痛治療國際學術研討會在西班牙塞爾維亞隆重舉行，會議期間為 2014 年 9 月 3 日至 9 月 6 日，吸引世界各國相關領域人士約 3000 人的參與，是現今全世界疼痛科學研究領域中極受重視的國際研討會，並提供各領域專家互相交流討論的機會。會議中邀請各相關領域之大師級人物演講、有從事研究工作者與臨床實際工作者發表其傑出研究，並提供各領域專家互相交流討論的機會。會議中內容包羅萬象，涵蓋各種相關議題，強調研究成果如何應用於國際關心的運動科學議題上，為能結合最新研究成果與實際應用的國際疼痛科學研討會。該會議包括特別演講、討論工作坊、口頭報告以及壁報論文展示。筆者出席此次學術會議，發表本人研究之成果，並與各國頂尖專家學者討論，不僅可提高本校學術研究之國際地位，更能吸收更新專業知識，獲取寶貴的研究資訊並觸發新觀念，也藉由最新的研究成果分享與經驗的交流，有助於啟發我們新思維與激發出新的研究方向，並促進與國外實驗室合作的機會，進而提昇研究品質能與國際接軌，真是不虛此行。. 3.

(5) 本文(包含目的、過程、心得及建議事項，其文字部分須佔三頁以上). 一、. 目的. 歐洲地區麻醉與止痛相關最大的國際會議之一，The 33rd Annual ESRA Congress (ESRA 2014)，是從臨床醫生到基礎研究人員有興趣於神經與麻醉止痛之相關主題討論會，今年是第 33 屆(33rd Annual ESRA Congress (ESRA 2014))。每一年的 Annual ESRA Congress 國際學術會議總是吸引世界各國相關領域人士約 3,000 人的參與，是現今歐洲地區神經與麻醉止痛之科學研究領域中極受重視的國際研討會。此研討會中涵蓋各相關領域，會議中邀請各相關領域之大師級人物演講、有從事研究工作者與臨床實際工作者發表其傑出研究，並提供各領域專家互相交流討論的機會，為能結合最新研究成果與實際應用之研討會。此次於會議中發表本人國科會專題研究計畫之成果，並與各國頂尖專家學者討論，不僅可提高我國學術研究之國際地位，更能吸收更新專業知識並觸發新觀念，也藉此與國際著名專家學者進行學術及經驗的交流，並促進與國外實驗室合作的機會，進而提昇物理治療應用在疼痛科學方面之研究品質能與國際接軌。. 二、. 過程. ESRA 2014 國際學術研討會議今年在西班牙(Seville, Spain)的 Seville 隆重舉行，會議期間為 2014 年 9 月 3 日至 9 月 6 日，此會議與多數國際學術研討會一樣，大會包括特別演講、討論工作坊、口頭論文報告演講(oral presentation)以及壁報論文展 5.

(6) 示。會議中內容包羅萬象，有臨床實際工作者與從事研究工作者發表其傑出研究，強調研究成果如何應用於神經與麻醉止痛等相關議題上，口頭與壁報展示內容大致包含如下：Central Nerve Blocks、Peripheral Nerve Blocks、Obstetric、Postoperative Pain Management、Chronic Pain Management、Pediatric、Case Reports 與 Miscellaneous，並提供來自全球各地區之各領域專家互相交流討論的機會，讓我了解現今世界上先進國家在神經與麻醉止痛之最新發展。會中邀請許多各國有名的學者演講有趣的主題包括：Neuraxial blockade in patients with preexisting spinal stenosis, lumbar disk disease, or prior spine surgery、RA for thoracic Surgery / anaesthesia、The place of adjuvant drugs in peripheral nerve blocks、Sciatic nerve blocks and axillar nerve block、Topping up the labour epidural catheter for unplanned Cesarean section: organizational issues and magical epidural mixtures、From acute postoperative pain to chronic pain: how to prevent?、Chronic Postoperative Pain following Cardiac Surgery 、 Ultrasound for pain therapy: the evidence 、 USGRA for pediatric anesthesia: an update 、 New evidences for ultrasound-guided regional anaesthesia、Cardiovascular Patients: Regional Anesthesia revisited、Toxicity of local anaesthetics: local and systemic considerations、Regional anaesthesia for shoulder surgery and chronic shoulder pain、Regional anaesthesia for outpatient surgery、How to give a good scientific presentation 與 Nerve injuries: prevention, treatment，讓我了解現今歐美先進國家在運動科學之最新發展。我與我的研究團隊成員於會議中發表的研究成果，內容為『Combination of 6.

(7) therapeutic ultrasound and treadmill training attenuates elevated spinal interleukin-6 and microglial activation in chronic constriction injury rats－合併超音波與跑步機運動治療減緩慢性壓迫性神經損傷造成的脊髓內介白素 6 上升與微膠細胞活化』，和各國頂尖專家學者對話與討論，藉此與國際著名專家學者進行學術及經驗的交流，進而提昇研究品質能與國際接軌。此篇論文正準備投稿國際期刊。. 三、. 心得. 此次於會議中發表本人科技部專題研究計畫之成果，並與各國頂尖專家學者討論，不僅可提高我國學術研究之國際地位，更能吸收更新專業知識並觸發新觀念，也藉此與國際著名專家學者進行學術及經驗的交流，並促進與國外實驗室合作的機會，進而提昇本國研究能力且增強在神經與麻醉止痛科學方面之研究品質並能與國際接軌。參加 ESRA 2014 會議，不僅將自己的最新研究成果展現於國際學術舞台上，提高了我國學術研究之國際地位，同時也與相關國際人士切磋，建立友誼，無形之中展開了國民外交，並且讓本人能吸收新觀念而能進一步提昇研究品質。感謝校方邁向頂尖大學計畫提供經費補助筆者出席此次學術會議，獲取寶貴的研究資訊並與疼痛科學研究領域之眾多學者充分討論。參加本屆會議，不僅將自己的最新發現展現於國際學術舞台上，提高了我國學術研究之國際地位，同時也與相關國際人士切磋，建立友誼，無形之中展開了國民外交，並且吸收新觀念而能進一步提昇研究品質，真是不虛此行。 7.

(8) 四、. 建議事項. 1. 欲進行好的學術研究需要增廣視野與知識，才不致流於閉門造車。校方能提供教師與學生出席國際會議經費補助，對校內學術發展的確是莫大的幫助與鼓勵。希望此補助管道能繼續維持下去，並佳惠更多優秀的師生。 2. 希望台灣未來也有機會主辦如此大型的會議，開放國際大門與增加國家知名度。. 8.
