5.3.3 中國統計資料的正確性方面

過去,中國當局所提供的統計數據常被質疑其正確性。有學者發現,中國的GDP 的成長速度與從歷史統計數據,如交通運輸、貨物週轉量、能源消費等指標,與GDP 成長之間的關係無法互相配合解釋,(Rawski,2000)。過去20 餘年中國經濟成長的主 要源泉不會耗竭,仍將支撐今後的高速成長。然在加入世界貿易組織之後,中國的統 計應該進一步提高其科學性、透明性,以避免出現不必要的誤解。
