學位論文引用為基礎之期刊評選模式

本研究主要目的是希望藉由引用文獻統計為基礎，評選出一個以使用者為導 向之核心期刊，以做為圖書館發展期刊館藏之參考，故本研究中引用文獻所占之 比例均略高於標準期刊清單，下表5-9 分別依不同比例運算出可以做為核心期刊 評選參考之期刊清單，其運算比例依序為：引文次數積分—JCR 之 IF 積分—STPI 核心清單積分，運算出重點期刊，依例列出前15 種核心期刊與其次 47 種重點期 刊之比較並分別與交通大學2008 年期刊訂購清單比較。可以看出，不論以何種 比例計算，最前面的7 種期刊均無變化，而 7~15 種期刊則因標準期刊清單所占 之比重而有所變化，如：IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking、Journal of Cryptology 因為在二種清單中均被列為第二層級，而在清單比重較高的評分中落 出核心期刊之外；而IEEE Communications Magazine 與 IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications 雖然在 JCR 的清單評選中仍屬第一層級，卻因其不在國 家科學委員會評選之核心期刊清單內，因此也在清單比重較高的二種評分中落於 核心區之外。相反地，International Journal of Computer Vision、IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging 與 ACM Transactions on Computer Systems 則因為在 JCR 與 STPI 的清單中均被列於第一層級，故雖然其引用次數略低，但在標準清單所占 比例略為提高的評分中，即可躍進核心區內。

除上述核心區期刊比較之外，由上表5-9 中亦可觀察出，若以引用數占 80%

之評分方式所評選出之63 種期刊中，交大已採購者有 51 種，占 80.95%；而引 用數占70%之評分方式評選出之 62 種期刊，交大已採購 51 種，占 82.26%；引 用數占60%之評分方式評選出之 62 種期刊，交大已採購者則為 47 種，僅占 75.81%。此結果竟與上節單就清單評選之結果相異，意即交大之採購清單雖較符 合JCR 與 STPI 二種核心期刊清單所列之期刊，卻與這些期刊在清單中所占之 Impact Factor 高低與核心層級無關。

為同時顧及使用者引用需求，以及專業期刊權威性，以及圖書館實際期刊採 購作業，本研究建議以引用數、期刊清單分別占70%、30%，即 70%-15%-15%

所評選出之清單，做為採購參考。
