根據本研究的研究過程及研究結果,以下針對教學及未來研究方面提出幾點建議:
(一)對教學的建議
從教學的觀點出發,教育為培育下一代人才的搖籃,而未來的知識經濟時代,個人 具有創造力與否,則是勝出的關鍵,因此對學習者創造力的引導與啟發更顯得重要。然 而在本研究中,藉由一單機版遊戲情境為工具,激發學習者的創意進行創造設計性的活 動,使學習者有實作的產出。如此一來不僅增進了學習者的創意潛能,也鼓勵學習者將 自己的想法具體化,更樂於表達個人的創意。因此,本研究建議教師在教學時,可以善 加利用遊戲情境、其他工具……等方式或加入創意激盪的活動設計,激發學習者玩興,
將有效協助個體在過程中創造力的覺察(Csikszentmihalyi,1996)。
(二)未來研究
1.本研究中,針對 Csikszentmihalyi(1996)創造力系統理論中的學門守門人角色 對學習者個體的影響進行探討,其中本研究以思考風格類型探討學門間作品建議類型的 差異對個體的影響,未來可以探討建議引導方式的不同,如:鼓勵性回饋、教誨性回饋 或並行式等差異性探討學門對學習者產生何種的影響;或將守門人以思考風格混質方式 組成,探討何種風格守門人的引導建議較易被學習者個體覺察。
2.本研究中,僅針對 Csikszentmihalyi(1996)創造力系統理論中的學門守門人角 色對學習者個體的影響進行探討,探討創意守門人的作品建議引導對其學習者個體的影 響。然而在 Csikszentmihalyi(1996)的創造力系統理論中,另一因素為領域文化,即 為學習者個體的產出想法或成品,若學門守門人認定個人的理念與產品,足以成為該領 域中有價值的創造,便成為所謂的「領域文化」,也就是說我們未來可以更進一步將守 門人對其產出理念或想法的建議引導搭配篩選成品的機制,再探討其間的差異。這是一 個可探索的議題。
3.本研究僅探討遊戲情境中,各思考風格創意守門人之建議類型在學習者心中的權 威感,若可以的話,可以擴展至其他領域,探討不同領域中,其創意守門人所扮演之角 色。
4.在本研究中,有關於創意守門人作品建議引導的實驗操作,僅限於單向式,以紙 本方式分派給各組受測者該思考風格類型之創意守門人的作品建議,後續可進行「雙向 式」,於線上平台進行,於一定的時間內給予作品建議,更能獲得多元與全面的建議。

附錄 A 思考風格十五條通則
在每個人的思考模式或行事作風中,並非只能發揮一種功能,一位成功的人主要是 處在不同的場合,就會運用不同的思考風格。Sternberg 舉出思考風格的十五條通則如 下:
1.思考風格不等於能力,而是個人使用能力的慣用方式。
2.思考風格若符合能力,則可收相得益彰的成果。
3.生涯選擇必須適材適所。
4.人的風格不是單面的,而是多面的。例如喜歡表現創意的人可能非常有條理,也可 能雜亂無章;他可能獨來獨往,也可能喜歡與人合作。
5.風格彈性因人而異(彈性愈大的人愈能適應各種不同的狀況)。
6.同型的人會有程度上的差異。
7.思考風格隨情境而變。
8.思考風格可能隨著生涯的進展而改變。
9.思考風格是社會化的結果:小孩子會觀察他的榜樣,並將榜樣表現出來的特色內化 為自己的作風;所以身教重於言教。
10.習性、慣用的思考是可以測量的。
11.思考風格是可以教導的:習性多半是經由社會化的過程而養成,但也可以經由教導 培養而成。
12.人的一生中某一時期特別有價值的思考風格,換到另一時期卻不一定有價值。
13.風格在某個地方被認為有價值,但換到另一地方,就有可能不靈光。。
14.思考風格沒有好壞可言,問題只在於適合與否。
15.思考風格的契合度不可與能力高低混為一談。假如我們能肯定他人作風中的優點,
確實有益於我們發掘更多才華,他人的天資能力也才可以獲得更充分的發揮。
