一、應用實務方面
針對本研究結果提供以下幾點實務應用之建議:
(一) 男大生健康體能顯著優於女大生,因此建議校方健康促進人員應針對女學生擬定 身體活動指引方針,並且舉辦多場次的小型運動活動或賽事,推廣女大生參與運 動,培養其積極規律運動的習慣。
(二) 在面臨大學畢業的人生分水嶺之時,四年級學生的自覺生活壓力較大,因此建議 學校應加強應屆畢業生的生活及就業輔導機制,落實導生輔導機制以及邀請業界 人士開辦講座,減緩畢業生面臨升學或進入社會的壓力。
(三) 校外租屋學生有顯著較高的比例抽菸,建議校方應針對校外租屋學生宣導吸菸對 健康的危害以及戒菸為健康帶來的益處,鼓勵以運動或其他替代方式取代吸菸行 為,來達到減輕壓力之目的。

(四) 自覺身體狀況越不好的學生,全人健康所有構面分數均較低,建議可以引導自覺 身體狀況較差的學生多參與有興趣的活動,轉移其對於身體狀況的負面感受,藉 由改善學生的自覺身體狀況來提升全人健康。
(五) 靜態行為時間增加對於身體健康會造成危害,建議校方大力倡導降低每日靜態時 間,不管是在工作、讀書或是休閒時間,在條件允許之下,盡量多起身走動、活 動筋骨,如此即可有效提升身體健康。
二、未來研究方面
建議對大學生靜態行為與全人健康之研究有興趣者,未來能以全國為取樣母體進行 研究,如此即可進一步分析台灣大學生之靜態行為表現以及與全人健康的關聯性。而關 於可能影響靜態行為與全人健康的生活型態因子,本研究採納之因子並非所有項目皆有 顯著影響,建議往後可再加以修正及調整生活型態相關因子。
