5.2 建議
回顧過去相關停車訂價策略相關文獻中,以羅吉特選擇模式和動態訂價所構成的 預約停車模式尚未有相關研究,因此,本研究希望以此動態預約訂價選擇模式,提供 給停車業者擬定其最適停車管理訂價策略,但由於為了模式之適用性及相關驗證分辨 性,對此模式仍存在一些限制及假設,因此,本研究未來可繼續探討的相關議題及延 伸之方向如下所述:
1. 本研究模式中羅吉特選擇模式及消費者願付價格分配參數為假設值,並且假設在各 種不同的情境下進行求解,僅以簡例進行結果分析,建議未來可蒐集實際之資料去 估計實際停車場的期望需求、相關係數和現場排隊人數來進行模式的驗證與相關數 值案例之分析。
2. 本研究之羅吉特選擇模式僅考慮到停車場預約訂價和消費者至停車場之步行時間,
建議未來停車場可以根據其特性加入不同的變數使模式更趨近於完整。
3. 本研究中並沒有考慮到商譽損失、訂位未出現、缺乏車位和超額訂位等影響停車消 費者預約行為之因素,建議未來可以將更多不同停車消費者可能發生之預約情況加 入模式考慮當中。
4. 本研究所發展兩競爭廠商預約訂價模式為一小時預約時段,於實際停車行為當中,
消費者停車時間長度較不固定,因此,未來可延伸至單小時以上之停車模式,並且 探討在不同時段當中,消費者願付價格分配及變異之不同和選擇機率不同的情況之 下,其預約訂價和總期望營收之影響。
