第二節 建議

此次研究所進行的資料收集,僅初步針對計劃行為理論中的態度、主觀規範、

知覺行為控制三變項對馬國醫院員工休閒時間從事規律運動之行為意向及其因素 的影響進行結果的分析與討論。對於馬國醫院員工之身高、體重、腰圍、體脂肪、

血壓、空腹血糖、三酸甘油酯、膽固醇的測量所收集到的數據,僅做到描述性統 計,未能進一步進行分析與比較,所以建議未來馬國衛生部門及台灣駐馬紹爾衛 生中心能參考此研究結果,針對關鍵因素擬定目標,落實推動馬國醫院員工各項 規律律動措施。延續應用計劃行為理論深入追蹤探討馬國醫院員工從事規律運動 意向與行為之間的關係。
