第三節 建議
本研究以 LEGO 樂高集團為主要研究對象,探討傳統玩具產業運用 IT 技術 促進實現大量客製化的作法。雖然學者的研究結果證實,敏捷的供應鏈網和 SCM 管理對大量客製化具有關鍵影響力。在有限資料中西文期刊、論文、網路資料的 相關文獻,未能有機會深入探討樂高實施大量客製化的經營成本與財務變化。一 般而言,企業內部資料傳遞與管理向來視為商業機密。因此在樂高的個案研究 中,只能用結果去假設,樂高的多角經營並無明顯問題,且資訊流有一定程度的 可靠性。
建議後續的研究可以針對個案公司進行深度訪談,以了解個案實際運作以驗 證執行成果。或者利用本研究所提出的概念架構去進行國內玩具產業導入的驗證 或其他產業的應用與探討,以獲得較為客觀的結論。
另外,本研究也針對樂高集團的 LEGO FACTORY 實施大量客製化的作法,
提出持續改善的建議,也可做為國內外玩具產業的廠商從實施大量客製化的參 考。
1. 持續強化 LDD 軟體功能
操作介面盡可能達到簡單、易懂、好操作和圖形的解析度,提昇使用經驗及 滿意度,另外只要其他同質性的競爭對手也同樣運用 IT 技術推出類似或更好的 數位設計軟體,避免被輕易模仿,因此必須不斷地加強及創新研發。
2. 定期更新軟體內建的模型
可從互動中獲取的顧客資訊當中去檢視受歡迎程度,新增或淘汰乏人問津的 模型,同時增加新鮮感。
3. 加強顧客知識管理

持續加強 IT 資訊處理能力,從客製化過程掌握更精確的顧客需求,獲取充分 且有效的知識,以利研發及行銷業務單位調整產品策略和業務方針,加速產品開 發、降低內部研發時間和人力成本,協助生產單位提昇企業資源管理和庫存管理。
4. 提昇顧客關係管理
持續強化社群和會員經營,透過作品和經驗分享,收集相關資料、建立良好 互動和口碑行銷,瞭解顧客的實際需求外,建立和深化與顧客之間的關係。
5. 增加中文的介面語言
LEGO 積木的玩家遍及全世界,除了歐美之外,亞洲地區亦是玩具產業發展 迅速的地區,其消費潛力不容忽視。
6. 增加客製化外盒包裝的設計功能
在 LDD 數位設計軟體中增加設計範本,例如外框、彩色、可愛圖案、文字的 模組化設計,自由選配和套用,讓每個人都能輕易成為包裝設計師,因為顧客自 行設計出的圖案,如果不夠好或單調,實際印製出的造成反效果。
7. 持續提昇顧客滿意和期望
有網友在網路上分享客製化 LEGO 積木的心得和反應不如預期,拆開外盒,
以透明塑膠袋封裝積木零組件,加上一張白底單色印刷的客製化模型說明書與市 面銷售的精美包裝和整組積木數量相比,顯得單薄。
