第六章 結論與建議

第三節 建議

本節將依據本研究之結果與部分限制之處,分別就研究對象、工具與主題提 出相關研究建議,以作為未來研究者參考之用。

一、研究對象與問卷發放

由於本研究是採便利取樣方式蒐集樣本,在樣本資料蒐集過程上未能有效控 制各地區的樣本數量,本研究的樣本大多來自臺灣北部、中部與南部,東部地區 樣本數量極少,樣本代表性較不足。建議未來研究者可以透過直接與該地區學校、

班級聯絡,改善樣本分布不均之狀況。

二、研究工具

在研究工具的部分,本研究在寂寞感與幸福感之測量工具的選擇上,皆以單 向度之測量工具為主,目的在於瞭解大學生在此二個變項上的程度表現,但是在 細究變項的不同類型與層面時則會有所限制。建議未來研究者可使用多向度的寂 寞感測量工具,以瞭解不同類型的寂寞感(例如:社會性寂寞、情緒性寂寞等)

的表現情況。而在幸福感的測量上亦是如此,若希望究幸福感的不同層面(例如:

正負向情意、生活滿意度等)進行探討,則可採用多向度之測量工具。未來研究 者也可使用多向度測量工具,深入探討寂寞感、社會支持、幸福感間的關係,透 過瞭解不同類型寂寞感、不同層面社會支持及不同層面幸福感間的關係,進一步 釐清彼此間的關係,以及前二者對幸福感的影響。

三、研究主題與變項

在背景變項的部分,本研究亦發現不同居住情形者在寂寞感、社會支持、幸 福感等三個變項上有顯著差異存在,不過國內相關研究對於這部分的探討仍不多,

未來研究者可以持續探討居住情形與心理健康之關係。

在社會支持的部分,本研究主要是以實際生活中的社會支持為主,不過近年來 隨著網路社群的發展,網路社會支持也逐漸受到重視,因此未來對社會支持的探 討亦可加入網路社會支持的部分。

就整體主題而言,本研究主要從個人情緒與人際互動的層面對大學生的心理健 康狀況進行探討,未來建議亦可加入個人特質(例如:依附、正向、社交特質等)

變項,探討個人特質、情緒、社會情境間的交互作用與大學生正向經驗或心理健 康之關係。
