第三節、 建議
根據前述之結論與討論，本研究提出以下建議，提供未來研究者或實務工作者之 參考。
一、人格特質的「外向性」能透過「人際關係」對網路使用態度的「個人領域」、「知 識寶庫」、「交易」造成影響，而具有此人格特性者本身較偏好與他人進行良好的 互動、也願意與他人分享，如何讓這樣的人可以善用網路的各種服務，如部落格、
Facebook、Wikipedia 等網路社交分享平台，使之樂於學習、增進自身的知能，同 時也能享受美好的生活，是值得考量的問題。
二、由人格特質發現「嚴謹性」較低者與「神經性」較高者對「網路成癮」具有影響 力，這類人格特質的使用者其教師和師長宜特別關注，提供預防性的協助，當發 覺這類使用者出現網路使用不當時，可適時輔導介入，降低或減少網路成癮的情 形發生。
三、在本次研究中並未探討「網路成癮」與「網路使用態度」的關係，本研究者認為
「網路使用態度」對於「網路成癮」應具有相當程度的影響力，例如：越將網路 視為「玩具」、「工具」、「電話連絡」的使用者是否越具有「網路成癮」的可能性，
因此建議未來研究可考慮將「網路使用態度」對「網路成癮」進行預測效果的檢 定，或是檢驗「網路成癮」對「網路使用態度」的預測效果。
