第五章 結論與省思

第三節 建議

本節依照研究目的與結論,擬就學習領導建立理念學校的主題,提出省思與對未來研 究的建議。

一、政府應為特許學校制定公開透明的機制

目前台灣特許學校的法令未盡成熟,有關學校班級、學生人數、經費、課程規劃 與膠材等傾向於學校自訂,然而針對特許學校的人事、課程、財務狀況,應該建構一

透明機制,更能獲得各界的認同與向心力,亦對社會大眾與家長是負責任的展現。

二、經營理念學校,透過活化深化,使學生樂學

以創意經營與觀念活化創造永續發展的教育環境,發展部落課程與校本課程,透 過民主參與專業對話,營造親師生學習共同體,提升教育活化、課程活化、學習活化;

經由觀念的活化,與深化至生活中,達到組織內外部與學生自主學習的教育理想學園。

三、理念學校要有清楚的辦學理念與行動策略

個案學校辦學成功的關鍵在於個案校長有清楚的辦學理念,並將其與四大特許任 務結合,以領導策略帶領組織內外部塑造共同學習體,邁向教育、文化、產業三位一 體的三贏局面。

四、公辦公營的特許學校之自主性

目前 P 縣理念學校及特許學校仍採公辦公營,此模式現在仍可發揮其自主的功能,

已改善學生學習成就及發展各校特色為主要概念,但在其辦學理念與行動策略上仍需 多加考量其推廣之後的自主性,如在公辦民營或私人經營的視角,是否可達成更佳績 效。

五、學生學習成果不宜僅著重量化結果

無論學校與學生背景差異為何,都應著重國民教育五育均衡發展,基本學力不可 偏廢,然而不宜僅重視量化的學習成就結果,將學生置於相同的起跑點,應著重啟發 學生多元智能,兼顧品格的養成與性情之陶冶。
