第二節 建議
1. 針對來台簽證問題，薦請主管機關能盡早開發符合醫策會審核通過口腔醫 療診所申請醫療簽證業務。
2. 建請衛生主管機關盡速對推動國際觀光醫療發展來修訂醫事法、並合理放 寬醫療廣告限制和法令鬆綁等配套措施。
3. 針對「觀光醫療」產業發展，政府應借鏡他國，考量籌設主管機關。以單 一快速窗口來服務醫療院所及來台國際醫療人士。
4. 政府應積極輔導國內各口腔醫療機構參與國際醫療品質認證(JCI)及各項 品質認證。
5. 口腔醫療機構應增加國際化服務之能力，以提昇自身觀光服務之競爭優 勢。
6. 修法放寬大陸人士來台進行醫療服務之相關規定，並將身分查核及保證金 制度適度修訂以降低一般醫療院所負擔。
7. 本國醫學教育學校應加強培養學生第二外語能力訓練如日文、西文、英文 等協助台灣國際觀光醫療發展。
8. 政府政策應有更積極的行動及整合外貿協會駐外單位及台商協會來協助 民間各級符合資格的口腔國際觀光醫療院所進行國際招商。
