最後本研究嘗試提出幾個未來關於此研究議題的研究方向:
一、未來研究可從使用者角度出發,衡量企業部落格之服務品質,發展一個衡 量企業部落格使用者滿意度模式。
二、可尋求更多型態的企業部落格進行研究,企業因所屬的產業不同,會有不 一樣的企業部落格經營方式。
三、以企業部落格商業應用價值架構為基礎,進行相關的研究。如:針對企業 部落格商業應用價值之七個項目進行更深入的研究,找出各個項目其特別 的關鍵成功因素;在經營或建構企業部落格時,對各商業應用價值著重 (focus)的優先順序。
四、部落格的使用在近幾年來帶起一陣風潮,然而企業部落格是否能為企業帶 來直接的效益,尚未有一個明確的定論,這也是企業決定是否要採用部落 格的重要關鍵,因此如何利用企業部落格創造實質績效,將是值得探討的 議題。
