5.3.2 後續研究建議

本量表在效度評估部分,並未採取效標關聯效度。效標關聯效度區 分為同時效度與預測效度,而領導特質的效標一般採用績效或與領導相 關的行為,且量表效標應獨立於量表之外。由於在進行量表編製的同時 並無法得到受測者的績效與領導行為之呈現,在此先天限制因素及考量 時間緊迫之下,本量表無法評估同時效度。但是,為了使量表具有持續 性應用的價值,本量表有必要不斷改良精進,並改進沒有效標關聯效度 之缺憾,因此未來可針對量表效標關聯效度之預測效度3 (predictive validity)進一步從事評估。由於本量表樣本以三軍官校與國防大學學員 生為對象,這些軍官(準軍官)絕大部分在今年(97)七月過後都將分發到 部隊服務,對這些樣本的追蹤,期望於未來專案研究的申請,藉以取得 受測者的服務績效、部屬回饋、主管評核等三方面進行評估。
