71 ANP 之分析結果顯示,三類動機中之重要度排序分別為實用性(U)>溝通性 (C)>享樂性(H),顯示本研究專家問卷訪談結果認為使用智慧家庭產品首重其功 能面,最後才是感官層面之滿足。

而影響消費者使用智慧家庭產品之因素重要程度依序為關懷(C2)、安全性 (U6)、控制(C3)、便利性(U1)、社交(C1)、有用性(U2)、享受(H5)、兼容性(U5)、

滿足感(H2)、角色(H4)、想法(H3)、節省花費(U3)、產品多樣性(U4)、冒險(H1)。

由上述比較結果可以發現,消費者最重視的仍為與產品功能相關,是否具備功能 性、任務導向和理性管理意涵之實用性動機,其次為溝通性動機,最後為享樂性 動機。而三類動機準則下之因素重要性排序前六名皆屬於實用性與溝通性準則,

顯示消費者在使用智慧家庭產品時,仍以理性訴求為主。

而在方案選擇上,以方案三獲得最高之權重值,其 14 項指標中有 12 項獲得 最高之權重,顯示方案三所提供之智慧家庭產品服務範疇及內容最能達到本研究 消費者之需要;方案二則以節省花費(U3)和角色(H4)這兩項指標中獲得最高之權 重值,顯示方案二在市場中所提供之功能較有節能之特性,且對於選購智慧家庭 產品的消費者而言,這項方案會是對家人而言最好的禮物;方案一對於居家照護 之功能尚未完備,因此權重值最低,由此可見消費者所希望的是全方面的智慧家 庭功能服務,而並非單一產品就能夠滿足。

二、 後續研究建議

本研究消費觀點來探討智慧家庭產品使用動機,透過文獻探討與產品之特性 將動機區分為實用性、享樂性與溝通性三類,並應用 ANP 法以及 Super Decisions 與 Microsoft Excel 軟體,計算出影響消費者使用智慧家庭產品之重要因素,以提 供產品推廣與開發時之參考,提升產品之成功機率,而研究之方法與過程中,仍 有能加以改善之處,因此,對於後續研究之建議如下:

72 1. 本研究採用 ANP 法做為指標之權重排序,但由於 ANP 法中建議每層級最多

不宜超過 7 個指標,否則超過一般人可以進行兩兩比較之極限,因此於篩選 指標時會有限制。此外,問卷題目量太過龐大,不利於研究之進行,也對填 答之專家有不小的負擔,因此於建構層級時應考量做答之難易性。

2. 本研究未使用其他方法做比較,因此未來之研究可以應用其他方法來做比 較。

3. 本研究之受訪專家多為男性,且年齡以 40 歲以下居多,若能有更多女性或更 年長之專家樣本,相信可以使本研究更具完整性。

4. 本研究是以智慧家庭產品做為研究對象,未來則可以對於其他物聯網產品做 調查,以探究消費者對於物聯網產品使用之動機。
