三. 搞笑－哲學的積極性意含
事實上，搞笑的問題，就哲學思考的面向來說，它是這樣一種發問方式的

基礎性轉換：不是要問這「是」什麼，而是要問這「可能」是什麼。就此而言，
搞笑所產生的效果意含，其實就是非思的一種先行狀態。
換句話說，從海德格以來所逐漸發展出來的「思考所不能思考之事」的非 思／差異化哲學，一直到整個二十世紀法國哲學的其中一條重要的縱軸：巴塔耶
（Georges Bataille）、傅柯（Michel Foucault）、李歐塔（Jean-François Lyotard）、
德希達（Jacques Derrida）、德勒茲（Gilles Deleuze）等人，或許理解的關鍵點是 在一種對於笑、搞笑的哲學式開發。意思是說，並不是說這些思想者都具有幽默 感，而是指他們的思考方式在某個程度上契合於得以使笑發生，或是說，搞笑的 運作模式與力量運動軌跡。當然，這仍是十分「概念性」的圖景。
在除了對當代法國哲學的理論研究之外，對於他們一再地提醒某種從理論 到實踐，哲學與生活世界之關係，也與笑有某種裙帶關係。讓我們再一次地比較 德勒茲的兩段話語：
哲學不是權力，因而不能與那些權力作戰，但它也進行著一種沒有戰役 的戰爭，一種對抗著那些權力的游擊戰。哲學沒有辦法與那些權力交談，
同他們無話可說，無可溝通，哲學只能同權力談判。由於那些權力並非僅 僅是外在之物，而且它們逐漸滲透到我們每個人當中，哲學讓我們每個人 投入到一種與自我的持續談判和游擊戰當中。18
這些日子以來，資訊科技、傳播、廣告等將 “概念”、“創意”這樣的辭彙 占為己有，而這些“概念大師（concepteurs／conceptualists）”成了一群厚顏 之人，他們將銷售行為顯現為資本主義的最高思想，顯現為商品的我思
（cogito）。哲學在面對這些力量時感到自己既渺小又孤獨，但是如果哲學

死去，也是以一種大笑之方式而死去的。19
如此看來，哲學的大笑，變成是當代如何與無所不在且滲透人心的政、經 權力邏輯對峙、談判的一種特異姿態。而且，這還與晚期傅柯所提出的自我技術 之觀點有一結合之可能。
