第三節 未來研究建議

精實概念應用於服務業的研究應按產業之區別,採取不同的研究工具與方法,

本研究鎖定 IT 終端零售通路產業,並以中國知名連鎖 IT 商場作為個案公司,可 能受限於產品的知識複雜度、商場的交易型態等產業特性與產品消費習慣造成此 研究結果,期望未來研究精實服務的研究者,能夠持續發掘其他通路產業所陎臨 的流程浪費,並綜合比較除了經營與管理制度外,產業本身的特性是否可能導致 消費溪流中的「浪費」。

此外,本研究所發現的「伴隨購買」現象,是否意味著全陎地消除浪費仍有 待商榷,畢竟沒有這些等待時間的浪費,無法促成其他產品的購買,本研究侷限 於樣本數量而無法深入分析其內涵,故也期望未來有研究者針對此種現象進一步 探討其存在價值。
