第三節 未來研究方向
本研究首先瞭解大學圖書館數位資源評鑑構面的發展與重要性並帶入資訊 生態學作為理論基礎,透過全面性的觀點探討大學圖書館數位資源系統使用者 的意見與想法,進而評估大學圖書館數位資源系統是否符合實際使用者之需求。
本節針對本研究的限制與不足之處探討後續研究方向並提供其他研究者未來可 能之研究方向與建議。
1. 擴大瞭解大學圖書館資訊生態
Davenport(1997)提出資訊生態學的模型說明資訊生態涵蓋三個層面,包 含:「資訊環境」、「組織環境」以及「外部環境」,本研究著重於使用者於大學 圖書館數位資源系統進行檢索過程之資訊生態,建議未來研究者能夠將組織環 境與外部環境的影響因素考慮進去,進而擴大瞭解完整的大學圖書館資訊生態 與概念。
2. 建構大學圖書館數位資源評鑑指標
本研究依據學者 Davenport(1997)的資訊生態模型為基礎,彙整先前研究 者對資訊生態學的概念與觀點歸納並發展出「大學圖書館數位資源評鑑構面與 影響要素」,受限於時間與研究取樣之限制,建議未來研究者能夠以本研究的評 鑑構面與影響要素為基礎建構大學圖書館數位資源評鑑指標,以做為評鑑大學 圖書館數位資源系統之參考依據。
3. 定義大學數位圖書館資訊生態
目前國內外並不存在提供完全數位化服務的圖書館,本研究提到之「數位 圖書館」主要指的是實體圖書館與數位資源並存的狀態。建議未來研究者能夠 為實際提供完整數位化的「數位圖書館」定義其大學數位圖書館資訊生態並探

討數位圖書館與實體圖書館之間的差異,進而提供使用者更好的數位資源與服 務。
