第五章 結論與建議

第二節 未來建議

本研究固然建立了以 Holbrook 觀點為基礎的顧客價值量表,同時也具有一定程度 的信度與效度。但是本研究是以單一產品(電腦)為標地來建構,未來實在需要以不同 產品(例如手機、PDA 或其他科技產品)來驗證,才能讓此顧客價值量表更為穩定與 有效。其次,Holbrook 認為某項價值產生後,會同時連帶產生某些價值,本研究發現這 些關係值得未來研究深入探討。另外,本研究已驗證「使用擴散模型」的整體結構適切 性,未來研究可以針對不同產品來驗證,讓此模型概念能夠繼續延伸發展。如果可以的 話,以不同時間點測量(再測)的方式來驗證同一量表,對顧客價值量表的發展也會有 莫大的幫助。
