5.2.2 未來於小孩或老人的研究
在通用設計(Universal design)逐漸受到重視後,小孩與老人的需求亦普遍被 受到關注。在大眾運輸的場域移動過程中,其實也存在許多讓小孩與老人陷入危 險與不便的情況,如果能夠於未來持續進行研究與探索,將會使大眾運輸服務更 具全面性與通用設計的精神。

Fa14:如果能夠這樣就太棒了,因為坐車就不用一直要注意那一站要下車。

Fb10:而且捷運的車輛因為有專屬道路,車程時間比較穩定。不過我覺得公車很多情況還是比 較方便,因為它能到的地方比捷運多太多了。
