5.3 未來研究建議
1. 針對研究發展之「大學圖書館智慧資本要項」及「大學圖書館智慧資本衡量指 標」經問卷調查後,平均分數未達4 分之要項及指標進行後續研究。
2. 進行「個案研究」,考驗指標適切性,或者發展適用於各圖書館之智慧資本衡 量指標。
3. 研究對象可擴展至大學圖書館主要使用者、學校其他單位或上下游廠商(如期 刊代理商、資訊系統服務廠商等),以收集思廣義之效。
4. 引進國外資料進行比較分析,如此可以有更宏觀的思維角度,提供國內大學圖 書館經營策略的藍圖。

智慧資本係指每個員工與團隊能為組織帶來競爭優勢的一切知識與能力的總 和,屬無形資產範疇,一般而言,智慧資本是由人力、結構和顧客(關係)資本三者 之間的互動而產生的,三者定義如下:
z 人力資本:所有員工與管理者的能力、知識、技術及經驗;
z 結構資本:一切能將人力資本具體化、權力化及支援員工生產力的組織 化能力,包括基礎設施、作業程序、組織文化等等,不會隨員工下班的 資產;
