第三節 未來研究建議
大學圖書館網站中所提供的資訊豐富,且需滿足使用者多元需求。因此,對 大學圖書館網站而言,使用性評估是一項需要長期進行的工作。透過使用性評估 瞭解使用者的需求,進而開發或改善現有資源以滿足其需求,是一件值得投注的 事情。因此,針對圖書館網站使用性評估有以下進一步建議:
一、 搭配不同使用性評估方法
使用性評估方法為數眾多,每一個評估方法均有其優勢與劣勢,且不同評估 方法所針對的研究範圍亦不盡相同。因此,可考慮結合不同的使用性評估方法,
藉此獲得另外一種角度的使用性資訊。
透過運用不同的使用性評估方法,一方面可更多方面的瞭解現有網站使用性 問題,針對各項問題酌加修正,能夠更符合使用者需求;另一方面則可以分析比 較不同使用性評估方法所獲得結果之差異。
二、 針對不同層級使用者進行評估
本研究主要針對不同學科背景受試者進行使用性評估,藉以瞭解不同學科背 景使用者的看法。而臺師大圖書館網站使用者眾多,每一個層級的使用者對於圖 書館網站的要求或許有些許不同。因此,建議可針對臺師大不同使用者族群進行 使用性評估,例如分為教職員、研究生、大學生,瞭解不同層級的使用者的需求 是否具有差異,可作為圖書館網站後續修改之依據。
