第五章 結論、建議與省思

第四節 研究者之省思

本研究為一質性研究,回顧研究過程,研究者從研究初期之構 想、研究中期嘗試與實務狀況磨合,以及最後所得之研究結果,以提 出本研究之省思,茲敘述如下:

一、研究主題之聚焦

由於研究者缺乏相關研究經驗,是故一開始在研究主題之獨特性、

重要性、價值性與適切性之考量上略顯不周,亦花了不少時間於此挫折 與摸索。然而,最後題目得以收斂並聚焦於一固定範圍乃是由師長、相 關專家與同事一同協助澄清研究者欲窺測之主題,因此,對於初次進行 質性研究之研究者而言,需以溝通補足自身經驗之不足。

二、訪談大綱與實際訪談狀況

本研究依據過往重要理論而提出研究架構,並依此設計訪談大綱,

其後於正式訪談中,仍發現出主題偏離之狀況。本研究後續根據實際狀 況進行調整,大約至第三次訪談時才固定正式之訪談大綱。

三、訪談所遇阻礙

雖然訪談前研究者再三強調訪談內容僅作學術研究之用,並且將以 匿名之方式處理,使內容完全保密,但因本研究仍牽涉到受訪者對於企 業組織之價值觀與評價,是故研究者在訪談中可以明確感受到受訪者在 回話上的小心翼翼,以及部分回應語帶保留,此為本研究可惜與不足之 處。

四、資料分析

在將錄音檔轉成逐字稿之際,由於每位受訪者說話之速度、腔調、

習慣、語氣與選用字詞均有不同,是故研究者在繕打逐字稿之時吃盡苦 頭,花了不少時間,才能將當時訪談的內容原音呈現。

在編碼時,亦是經歷了一段不短的摸索階段,經過各個編碼間定義 與涵蓋範圍的區分,才得以編出較有系統與架構之編碼。

五、本研究對研究者的價值

本研究旨在探討企業推行內部行銷導向虛擬社群之影響。對於研究 者來說,此一虛擬社群就如同自己的小孩一樣,經過大家多年的呵護與 照顧,得以成長茁壯。本次研究以科學的方法,並依據相關的學術理論 進行分析,以瞭解其真正之效用,對於研究者本身來說,除了學術上更 開闊自己的視野之外,在實務上也更瞭解許多工作活動之意義。
