第五章 結論與建議

第四節 研究建議

本研究針對未來研究,提出下列建議:

1. 在研究對象方面:

本研究僅針對台灣製造業為調查對象,未來研究對象可將母群體逐步擴大至 不同產業,作不同產業比較(i.e., 服務業、金融業等),藉以瞭解本研究之研究架構 是否適用於不同的產業中。

2. 在研究變項方面:

本研究致力於探討ERP 系統使用而可能會影響專業智慧之變項,雖然這些因 素具有關鍵影響作用(i.e., 系統導入後之學習、電腦自我效能、個人IT 創新能力),

但是否有其他變數,可能會影響專業智慧與ERP 使用。未來的研究可以找出這些 因素(i.e., 社會資本理論、組織文化等),進而構建另一研究脈絡的框架以探討之。

3. 在研究方法方面:

本研究採用量表調查法進行研究,雖然能簡便的獲得許多量化的統計資料,

許多現象事實上無法以量表填答方式取得。因此,建議未來之研究,可配合深入 訪談、觀察及查訪等方式進 行,以獲取更深入資訊,使研究結果得到更真實內涵。
