根據本研究的結果和討論,本研究認為未來的研究可針對幾個方向。首先是在 地標的評估上,可針對認知地標的實用性,再以其他的環境進行測試,驗證本研究 結果的發現。同時也應該對尋路脈絡、尋路者的認知和感官能力,持續探討尋路者 對於地標的判斷標準,也可以針對不同尋路策略傾向者,探索是否尋路策略傾向差 異會影響地標的選擇。
其次,由於本研究發現環境的複雜度會影響方位策略傾向者對於縱覽資訊的收 集,因此未來可以針對在遠方的地標或參考點,其主要的參考價值、利用方式進行 探討,也可以延伸討論在混合實境中,要如何將遠方地標或參考點等特性,應用到 介面設計上,幫助尋路者加快空間知識建構的腳步。
第三,由於增生認知負荷過去在尋路研究中的討論很少,而且目前相關的測量 方法也不多,因此未來的研究可以嘗試不同的方法,將尋路的認知負荷變化做更細 緻的區分,將能有效減少不適宜的尋路輔具或介面設計,協助提升增生認知負荷和 空間知識建構效果。
最後,本研究採用的結構性隱喻和象徵空間隱喻似乎並不相容,會造成尋路者 的空間知識難以整合。未來可以嘗試其他不同的隱喻,或透過其他的呈現方式,例 如圖像隱喻和描述性隱喻的結合,再次驗證結構性隱喻在混合實境尋路環境中的適 用性。
