第五章 結論

第三節 研究架構修正

本研究從台灣子公司之自發性行動、台灣子公司之主導性及母子公司的關係 三個變數的分析為主軸,透過研究分析的結果與研究變數的修正,發現台灣子公 司採取自發性行動之類型與其原本被設定之價值活動有極大關係,亦即透過由原 來設定下之價值活動為基礎,來採取自發性行動。而在子公司主導性部分則進一 步從在大陸市場經營的主導性,延伸到在全 MNC 中在其他國家市場經營的主導 性,故以分析結論及文獻對於研究變數的修正,本研究將研究架構再修正,提出 以下修正之研究架構。
