第四節 研究相關建議

建議未來研究可調查其他產業,是否有公司採用結構導向混合式管理控制系 統。並建議銀行產業管理控制系統可採用交互式管理控制系統設計,有助於主管 對於不確定性環境的關注及管理資訊的掌握,進而促進組織學習以及策略性變革 的產生。
