第三節 研究限制

一、研究限制

(一)本研究係針對台灣北區三種不同服務接觸類型餐廳中,各 選一個知名品牌餐廳的消費者為研究對象,並採取便利抽 樣方式進行調查,故本研究結果可能無法普及與推論其他 不同品牌餐飲業之情況。

(二)本研究所進行的消費者問卷調查,係屬專家資料蒐集與文 獻參考方式進行,限制於人力與時間的考量,未能進行長 時間的產業實況調查與發展更精確題項的適切性,因此,

對於研究結果中各構面間的因果關係推論,可能會受到限 制。

二、餐飲業科技導入問項發展的限制

(一)由於餐飲業的科技導入與消費者的使用普及率仍成長當 中,對於各品牌餐廳所提供的科技項目無法讓消費者立即 明白使用方式與名稱,間接影響科技導入的影響程度。

(二)各餐飲品牌因不同的服務方式與銷售內容,會有不同的科 技導入,因不同服務方式部份使用的科技不同,無法精準 的比較三種不同類型餐廳的全面性科技導入影響,故無法 將研究結果推論至所有餐廳。
