（7）注意危機溝通的重要性：發生危機後，該公司的溝通程序上可能仍存有一 些問題，而無法取得媒體和民眾的認可。由其危機處理經驗可得知在面對 危機時，應要對相關事件迅速、完整的進行回應，避免因說明不清或陸續 爆發新問題導致對聲譽的傷害持續擴大。
（8）注意團隊成員的選擇：該公司邀請了大量知名人士進入團隊，並與著名的 法律事務所、行銷公司和連鎖藥局進行合作，而能順利募得大量營運資金 以開展其業務。但在技術研發和管理方面的缺失，也導致其在 2015 年 10 月後深陷危機，而正陸續補足相關專業團隊。故新創生技廠商在建立團隊 時，應注意各項重要活動是否都能由合適的人員來執行，團隊構成不能僅 偏重於特定幾個重點項目。
對於與 Theranos 公司從事相似業務的醫事檢驗業者，台灣目前因醫療院所 多採「委託代檢」而未釋出檢驗處方箋供民眾自由選擇檢驗單位，而使醫事檢驗 業者多以爭取代檢作業合約為主，整體產業環境生態與美國差異甚大而可能無法 直接參考學習該公司的商業模式。但台灣的醫檢從業者近年正積極爭取釋出檢驗 處方箋，且預防醫學概念興起後於特殊項目的健康檢查亦開始逐漸成長，醫事檢 驗業者將來很可能會需要加強其爭取一般顧客的能力，此時 Theranos 公司於形 象營造、媒體運用、檢驗環境設計、服務流程設計...等事項的策略，便將成為對 於台灣廠商很有價值的參考學習標的。
第三節 研究限制
本研究對 Theranos 公司的經營策略、關鍵成功因素、危機事件的影響與處 理和其未來的可能發展進行了一系列的分析與討論。但進行研究時因此個案的特 殊性質而受到一定的限制，部分項目在進行分析時資料仍較為不足，而有待未來 進行相關研究者補足闕漏之處。研究時面臨的主要限制包括：

（1）因 Theranos 公司並未公開其營運數據資料，且部分最新的市場資訊與產 業趨勢亦尚無公開數據可供參考，部分項目於進行分析時可能並無具體 數據可供參考。
（2）因 Theranos 公司的相關資訊多僅能由媒體報導和網站資訊中蒐集整理，
能取得的資訊相對較為零散，部分項目於進行分析時可能會缺少重要的 細節資訊而不易進行判斷。
（3）因 Theranos 公司遭遇的危機事件目前仍在持續發展中，本研究只能先設 定一日期作為資料蒐集的截止日以便進行分析作業，部分項目也因此處 於無法判別真實狀況的狀態，而只能就其可能狀況進行推測。
