第五章 結論與建議

第三節 研究限制與建議

雖然本研究以客觀嚴謹地建立研究假說定進行實證分析,儘管本研究在資料 蒐集、分析與研究過程中,雖然已經力求完備,仍存在一些研究上的限制,因此,

對於後續研究者欲針對相似研究主題進行探討與分析,提出以下幾點建議作為參 考:

1. 在衡量問卷方面,由於本研究量表採自陳式量表,且以部分員工的角度評估,

雖然已使用反向題來檢測,但受測者可能會基於主觀判斷、類化方式處理訊 息等,使得收集的資料發生某種程度的偏誤,讓研究結果可能有所影響。後 續研究可同時納入對金融產業專家、主管的看法,並以自我知覺來衡量員工 基本心理需求層面在各相關變數上的情形。

2. 在衡量時間方面,由於時間與人力之限制,本研究是屬於橫斷面的資料。因 此本研究推論受限於某一時點,而無法以長時間的縱斷面資料去探討變數間 可能的因果關係,後續研究如果能以縱斷面方式蒐集資料做比對,則研究結 果將更具價值和意義。

3. 在其他變項衡量方面,雖然本研究許多變項(例如行為態度或自我效能等)得衡 量採用自陳式量表,但這些衡量在先前研究中已被證實是據信度與效度的,

而且衡量行為意向的指標很多,沒有絕對的適用標準;因此,後續研究者可 針對不同的研究目的與研究範圍,採用其他適切的衡量變項。

4. 在研究範圍選取方面,本研究礙於人力、物力以及時間因素,僅利用立意取 樣以部分台灣上市上櫃金控公司作為研究對象,並未參考其他外商金融產業,

故本研究實證結果,或許只適用台灣本土金控公司;因此,後續研究者可考 慮以我國金融控股公司與外商金融產業進行實證研究,並比較其差異,以增 加研究結果之可信度及應用範圍,期望此議題獲得更全面的研究論證。

5. 在研究架構方面,研究發現主觀規範對行為意向及關係感對行為意向的影響 關係不顯著,與預期的正向影響假設不同,這部分除了要注意受測者填答時,

是否對題項有所誤解,而導致填答上的偏差。另外,是否有其他外生變數或 干擾變數需要考量,這也是值得注意和建議後續加以驗證和改善的地方。
